At the start of the global pandemic, Berkshire Theatre Group approached Katie about hosting a weekly, live interview show as part of their “Learn from Home” series.  After BTG concluded that series, Katie relaunched the show as “Call Time with Katie Birenboim,” a YouTube show, then podcast, where you can find casual, but serious-minded, conversations with theatre’s best and brightest. She’s lucky to have hosted guests like Christian Borle, John Rando, Ogemdi Ude, Stacy Wolf, Erika Henningsen, Megan Fairchild, Barton Cowperthwaite, Kathryn Gallagher, Noah Galvin, Aneesa Folds, and Marcus Choi. She’s also pleased that the podcast is now featured on Arts Journal, where she also contributes as a writer.
