Katie is a founding member of Grind Arts Company, along with Broadway vets Eamon Foley and Graham Phillips. Currently she acts as director of development. Click here to explore Grind Arts and its commitment to producing cutting edge art that blurs the line between theatre, dance, and film.
Katie has assistant directed City Center’s The New Yorkers, Requiem for Mr. B, and The Royal Family of Broadway at Barrington Stage Company under Tony award winning director John Rando. In fall 2018 she assistant directed a new play, Popcorn Falls, at the Davenport Theatre in NYC under Tony award winner Christian Borle, who was making his directorial debut.

Katie’s one-act play was performed as part of a performance art piece entitled “Earshot,” produced in May 2015. Read about it here.
She has also served as Brighde Mullins’ assistant at Hunter College’s Playwrighting MFA program, and helped to edit the critically acclaimed re-issue of Rick Allen's book, RFK: His Words for Our Times.
